If a painting is not completely sold within the allotted time, all issued tokens are burned, and the refund option becomes available to users.

Each token is directly linked to a physical masterpiece — ensuring authenticity, security, and transparency — and is permanently recorded on the blockchain as immutable proof of collective ownership, enabling a new, verifiable way to engage with the art market.
A Real-World Asset (RWA) in our ecosystem refers to a tangible, physical artwork that has been carefully selected and authenticated by our experts.
Once verified, the masterpiece is digitized and tokenized into Ownership Tokens, ensuring that every digital token is securely backed by an actual, verifiable piece of art.

We verify provenance, perform exhaustive authenticity checks, and record every detail on the blockchain—ensuring an unbreakable legacy of trust and excellence.
Transactions
Once you’ve completed registration, simply choose the artwork you’re interested in.
When you purchase a piece of the painting, you receive an Ownership Token — a digital certificate representing your part.
Every step of your transaction is recorded on the blockchain for complete transparency.
We offer a variety of secure payment options to suit your needs:
- Crypto Wallet: Make direct payments using your connected digital wallet
- Crypto Gateway: Use an external payment service to choose from a variety of blockchains and tokens
- Bank Card: Pay with your usual bank cards
Each method is integrated into our secure system, ensuring that every transaction is safe and transparently recorded on the blockchain.
A minimal processing fee is applied to cover blockchain network costs.
All fees are clearly disclosed during the purchase process.
Transaction times vary based on the chosen payment method and blockchain network conditions.
Bank card payments are typically processed within minutes, while blockchain confirmations may take slightly longer.
Once all parts of the artwork are sold during the presale phase, you’ll be able to list your piece on the secondary market (currently under development).
Tokens cannot be transferred during the presale phase. Once all parts have been sold, you’ll be able to send your tokens to any supported wallet.
When you sell or transfer your pieces, your ownership rights are fully transferred to the new owner.
The transaction is securely recorded on the blockchain, ensuring that all associated rights and benefits automatically pass to the recipient, and you no longer hold any claim over that part of the artwork.
Refunds
Refunds are available if you meet our eligibility criteria as detailed in our Refund Policy.
Here’s how it works:
- Eligibility: Refunds are granted for eligible cases (e.g., significant payment delays or unlawful third-party actions). Transactions that do not meet these criteria are final.
- Request Process: To initiate a refund, you must submit a completed Refund Form to our support team at refund@10101.art.
Once your request is received, we will verify the necessary details and, if approved, process the refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. Refund processing typically takes up to 10 working days after approval, although this may vary based on your bank’s policies.
